Outcome of Bargate appeal

Old Street fields

I am delighted to report that Bargate's appeal has been dismissed by the Planning Inspector. Somewhat surprisingly, the basis of the Inspector's decision is Bargate's failure to comply with policies on self build, but let us not quarrel with that. 

Bargate cannot appeal against the refusal.
