Commercial Shellfish gathering on Hill Head Beach

Gangs of shellfish gatherers are often observed gathering inappropriate quantities of shellfish of Hill Head's beaches at low tide.

Inform Fareham Borough Council Environment Health Department on:

    01329 236100 (ext 2401) or 07770 227155

or web:

The police may also be contacted on 101.

If you observe commercial shellfish gathers do not put yourself at risk, but any photos or registration numbers of vehicles or persons involved would be useful.
